My 10 year old son had a great time building this robot! 6 months later, it still works!

My grandson was very disappointed as a major part was missing and we were unable to put it together. I emailed the manufacturer and was not even sent a reply. I will not buy this product again.
Amazon did refund my money, but what fun was that for my grandson?
